Serapi

A long runner field in brick red carries a vertical chain of angular medallions in ivory, soft blue-green, and rose, alternating larger star-form pendants with smaller diamond cartouches. Between the medallions the ground is filled with stylized botehs, hooked leaf sprays, and small geometric fillers in muted gold and dark blue. The border is composed of a narrow serrated vine on a pale ivory ground flanked by slim guard stripes in red and blue.

Aubusson

A long narrow runner set on a dark brown ground, filled with three columns of scrolling acanthus leaves and floral bouquets rendered in soft green, pink, cream, and pale blue. The border repeats a slender vine with small rounded rosettes against a golden tan band, framed by a thin outer line of alternating dark and light beads. The composition runs continuously along the length with no directional break, the florals shifting slightly in shade and arrangement from one cluster to the next.

Agra

The shaded indigo field scattered with flowerheads, stars & animal motifs around columns of vertical linked hooked palmettes & hooked vine in an ivory angular vine meander border between olive green & indigo S-panel motifs.

Tabriz

A long runner with an ivory ground carrying a chain of seven serrated medallions in red, blue-gray, and cream, each centered with a small floral rosette and flanked by slender palmette pendants. The main border repeats a red field with meandering vine and rosette forms between narrow guard stripes in blue and cream. The corners of the field are filled with matching red-and-blue spandrel ornaments that echo the medallion palette.

The field is left entirely open, a plain expanse of pale ivory surface flecked with irregular tufts of cream and off-white. Faint horizontal ridges cross the ground at uneven intervals, catching the light as subtle striations rather than a formal pattern. A magnified detail in the lower corner shows the close, granular texture of the surface up close, revealing its uneven, mottled character.

The surface presents an unadorned striped field, alternating raised bands of thick, curling ivory pile with flatter, close-woven bands in a pale oatmeal tone. No border frames the composition, and the field is left entirely open, without medallion or figural motif, so the pattern reads purely as a sequence of horizontal ridges and troughs. Small irregularities in the looped fibers catch the light unevenly, giving the striping a soft, hand-worked texture rather than a crisp, mechanical line.
