Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator

Description:  
In-house position available as Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator.⁠
We are open to applicants for full and part-time positions.

Tasks:
-Create daily posts and stories for social media platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Respond to messages from followers.
-Digital content advertising.⁠
-Plan and execute targeted web marketing strategy⁠.
-Optimize ROI (Social Media Return on Investment) through customer acquisition, lead generation, clicks, revenue, content entries, etc.⁠
-Analyze and optimize web traffic using statistics, i.e. Google Analytics Reach audiences across multiple platforms: social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn), blogging, and monthly E-mail blast⁠.
-Creatively imagine and develop ideas to pitch to clients and media.⁠
-Support the development of all communications materials including writing and editing press releases, e-newsletters, and media collateral pieces⁠.

⁠Qualifications:
-Experienced in digital, social media, and public relations.⁠
-Professional quality writing skills⁠.
-Demonstrate ability to create marketing strategy, and company-relevant content through storytelling⁠.
-Applied experience working with audience outreach across multiple digital media platforms.⁠
-Interest in interior design and/or textiles a plus⁠.
-Knowledge of digital marketing is a big plus.⁠

Required education: Bachelor's Degree⁠ or equivalent.
Required experience: Social Media/Public Relations: 2-3 years⁠

Design & Photography Manager

Description:   
Full-time In-house position is available as Design & Photography Manager.⁠

Tasks:
-Rendering carpet designs to fit customer needs.
-Designing/developing our custom collection.
-Taking and editing photographs of our products.⁠
-Publishing and editing content and products for our website.
-Making and maintaining marketing materials.
-Maintaining communication with weavers and customers during the process of making a custom order to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:
-A design background and experience in textile/carpet industry is a plus.⁠
-Excellent photography and photo editing skills and a strong eye for photography and color correction.⁠
-Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.⁠
-Experience with updating website and MailChimp.⁠
-Sharp attention to detail.⁠
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.⁠
-Punctual and organized.⁠
-Ability to speak Chinese or Italian is a plus.

-Providing carpet and fabric quotes⁠.

-Placing carpet and fabric orders⁠.

 

Qualifications:

-Be attentive to details⁠.

-Be an independent thinker⁠.

-Good multi-tasker⁠.

-Knowledge of social media and PR helpful.

-Knowledge and familiarity of the interior design industry a plus⁠.

-Ability to speak Chinese or Italian is a plus.

Description:

Full-time In-house position is available as Shipping Assistant/Carpet Handler.⁠

 

Tasks:         ⁠

-Daily shipments of carpets and fabrics using UPS and FedEx websites⁠

-Presentation of carpets and samples to clients⁠

-Organizing carpets and samples in the gallery and warehouse

-Tagging and labeling of samples⁠

-Inputting data into our carpet database⁠

 

Qualifications:

-Professional experience with packing fine art for safe and secure shipping

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Fluent in English

-Having a valid US driver’s license is a plus

Qualifications:
-Relevant interest and experience, preferably 1-3 years prior work in design, and experiencing textile/carpet industry is a plus.
-Excellent photography and photo editing skills and a strong eye for photography and color correction.
-Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
-Experience with updating website and MailChimp.
-Experience with social media platforms and understanding of digital and social media trends and techniques.
-Sharp attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
-Familiarity with PC computers preferred.
