BRUHNS JIGSAW

An abstract, block-composed field in tan, camel and dark brown, divided into interlocking rectangular and stepped zones filled with distinct patterns: meandering key-fret bands, dense fretwork squares, and zigzag chevron stripes. The corners are anchored by small square panels of tight geometric key-fret motifs, while the open camel ground allows the layered shapes to read as an irregular patchwork rather than a bordered field. No inscriptions or signatures are visible, and the design breaks from symmetry with offset, overlapping blocks throughout.

FIORE

An ivory ground is left open of any border, covered edge to edge by a continuous allover lattice of curling, boomerang-shaped forms outlined in a thin taupe line. The interlocking shapes pinwheel around recurring junction points, creating a rippling, puzzle-piece rhythm across the surface without a visible directional top or bottom. The palette stays nearly monochrome, the pale field barely distinguished from the outlined motifs save for the fine contour line itself.

ELAINE

A monochrome field in warm taupe-brown is worked entirely in tone-on-tone relief, with a continuous meander of concentric, right-angled lines spiraling inward from each corner toward a small rectangular motif at the center. There is no distinct border separate from the field; the linear pattern itself reads as both ground and framing device, its subtle sheen catching light differently from the flatter surface around it.

Deco Border

The field is left entirely open, a plain ivory ground uninterrupted by any central motif. It is enclosed by a series of concentric stepped borders in tan and warm gold, the lines multiplying toward the outer edge and terminating at each corner in a small stepped, key-like bracket. The effect is one of quiet framing, with the eye drawn outward rather than in.

CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE

The field is filled edge to edge with a repeating vertical pattern of faceted triangular and diamond shapes, arranged in tight columns that read like stylized arrowheads or leaf forms stacked one atop another. The palette moves between dark brown, warm tan, and cream, with each motif broken into shaded planes that give the surface a faceted, almost folded appearance. There is no distinct border framing the design; the geometric repeat runs to the outer edges of the piece.
