The field is divided into three vertical panels, each filled with dense horizontal bands of small repeating geometric patterns—chevrons, diamonds, and lattice-like ticking—that shift gradually from pale cream at the top to deep charcoal and slate blue at the base. Each panel reads as its own gradient study, framed individually within a plain tan border that also runs around the whole composition. The overall effect is of three parallel tonal progressions, light to dark, set side by side.
A modernist composition built from nested rectangles that recede toward a warm center, the outer ground shifting diagonally between charcoal-grey and pale ivory bands. Concentric frames of pale blue, sand, and taupe step inward to a small rust-brown panel near the middle, with a single dark wedge breaking its lower edge like a shadow. Surface texture varies from fine striated weaving in the corners to a smoother, more solid treatment toward the center, giving the whole piece a sense of depth without any border in the traditional sense.
The field is organized into a series of vertical panels of varying widths, each carrying its own scale of small-scale geometric patterning in fine textured lines, set against a plain pale blue-grey outer border. A narrow deep burgundy-brown column and a shorter panel of warm orange stand out against the surrounding stripes of muted sage, slate grey, and ivory, giving the composition an asymmetrical, almost collaged arrangement of tonal bands.
A long narrow runner with a plain grey-beige ground crossed by a single dark vertical line that shifts in color from black to rust-red as it descends, intersected by several fine horizontal bands in muted blue and brick tones. The top and bottom ends are finished with dense, irregularly speckled bands of taupe, cream, and charcoal flecks, contrasting with the open, calm center field. The overall composition reads as a simple grid laid over an otherwise unadorned surface.
The WAFFLE Low Back carries the same comfort as it’s sister daybed but now with a low backrest to lean as you lounge. Soft upholstered seat, hand-textured oak and patinated brass feet.

Tatinoya
The weavers of Tatinoya exemplify how a traditional Kyoto art and craft has applied its precise techniques to satisfy contemporary tastes for natural wood. Testament to their innovation, Tatinoya received a Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry award for its newest textile, ki-ori, or “woven wood” (木織り). As makers of Kyoto’s revered Nishijin-style fabrics, Tatinoya adapted its techniques for weaving gold leaf into elaborate brocades to transform thin wood sheets, known as tennâge, into thread.
