The field is left entirely open, its surface built from a dense, nubby texture of small looped and twisted knots that catch light unevenly across a muted grey-green ground streaked with pale ivory. There is no border to speak of, only the plain field running edge to edge, finished top and bottom with generous loose fringe in undyed ivory. A detail inset at lower right shows the same looping structure enlarged, revealing the irregular scale-like pattern formed by the twisted strands.

A dark olive-brown ground carries a vertical repeat of stylized floral bouquets and paired diagonal sprays springing from central rosettes, rendered in cream, mustard yellow, and brick red. Slender urn-form blossoms and serrated leaves alternate down the narrow guard borders, which frame the field in cream and soft gray with small stepped diamond fillers. The composition reads as a continuous column of matched pairs, each grouping nearly mirroring the one above and below it.

Soumak technique

A narrow ivory panel bearing a running vine-and-leaf lattice divides the deep teal field into two mirrored halves, each densely packed with rows of hooked diamond medallions in brick red, rust, and touches of pale blue. The border is a wide coral-pink band filled with small angular star and diamond forms outlined in dark ground tones, framed by slender guard stripes. Colors throughout are muted and earthy, with the ivory column standing out sharply against the surrounding dark palette.

A dark ground, nearly black, carries a dense all-over floral lattice in rust red, sky blue, mustard yellow, and soft pink, with two large palmette medallions set along the central axis. Smaller rosettes, serrated leaves, and vinework fill the remaining ground in a mirrored, repeating rhythm from end to end. A narrow reciprocal border in blue, red, and cream frames the field on all sides.

An open golden-yellow field is scattered with a repeating diagonal grid of small rose bouquets rendered in pink and coral with green leaves and buds. A narrow burgundy border with a fine white lattice pattern frames the field on all sides, with a slightly wider border along the sides than at the top and bottom.

A long narrow runner with an ivory ground crossed edge to edge by thin horizontal bands in dark brown and warm khaki, spaced unevenly so that clusters of lines alternate with broader stretches of open ground. No border frames the field, leaving the striping to run directly to the selvages, with a fringed finish visible at the top edge.
