Baby Alpaca Throw / Blanket

80% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk

Several folded lengths are stacked to show a repeating small-scale diamond lattice pattern, each fold rendered in a different colorway - slate grey, taupe, teal, charcoal on cream, gold on tan, and cream on cream. The tight, all-over trellis of tiny diamonds reads almost as a woven texture rather than a printed design, catching light differently along each crease. No border, fringe, or inscription is visible, only the folded edges revealing the reverse of the pattern in inverted tones.

Several draped panels display a small-scale herringbone pattern woven throughout the surface, each length finished with a straight fringe of loose warp ends. The panels are shown side by side in a tonal range from deep brown and charcoal to oatmeal, taupe, and soft apricot, letting the diagonal chevron weave catch light differently across each hue. Selvedge edges run clean and even, with the zigzag pattern aligning consistently from panel to panel.

An ivory ground is overlaid with a repeating grid of stylized scrolling motifs in soft sage green, each unit resembling an interlocked hook or key form arranged in tidy horizontal rows. The pattern is rendered with a slightly irregular, hand-drawn quality, the green outlines varying subtly in thickness and curve from one repeat to the next. Plain warp ends are gathered into loose fringe at both the top and bottom edges.
